This glossary will help me and others with the new knowledge I will learn during the next session. It will be my first session in Business Management in the fall session, and I'm really excited. My glossary will be available to everyone who wants to learn business management word in English. In this glossary the word that ill put here will be new word that ill learn in 2022, in my English class. I will use dictionary, the internet and my teacher for definition. In the world of business there's a lot of word that are difficult to pronounce so my glossary will help me with the language barrier that I have since my first language is French.
Accountability

The fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility.
Example: The lack of accountability in this company has made room for people to slack off.
